Innovative Creative Solutions is a Bowie based Training and Organizational Consulting firm specializing in the Development of High Performance Organizations. The company provides customized training programs in Team Development, Leadership, Sales, Personal Empowerment, Diversity, Assessment and Strategy. They conduct monthly public workshops on these issues.

Its founder, Larry LaRose, brings 23 years of corporate experience to its innovative and highly effective programs. He has designed and developed Sales and Customer Service training programs for four leading corporations as well as customized programs in Career Development, Collections, and Policy and Procedures. In his role as corporate troubleshooter, he has led successful turnarounds in problem markets across the country by assessing problem areas, facilitating strategies and implementing programs to achieve superior results. He has spearheaded multiple acquisitions teams, is trained in diverse business disciplines, and has received over 30 awards for Operational Excellence. He serves on the board of a community performing arts group and is a member of the Baltimore/Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce.
